Responding to your post. . .I think it is somewhat normal for you to be going tinkle so often in your situation. When you have to drink that much water. . .it is bound to happen, especially if you throw in the anxiety with it. Accepting the circumstances will do wonders for you. (your problems won't go away, but you will be able to take a deep breathe and relax once you focus on the things you have control over) If you can't control the frequency. . . just give yourself a couple of weeks to get used to it. Ask your docs a lot of questions and do research. Focus your attention and energy on what YOU CAN do! Water is SO good and healthy for your kidneys and your body! Be thankful you have one or two that sustain your life! :) You are not alone, my friend!

    • Close Anxiety

I have a really big family history of anxiety disorders, and always thought that I was so lucky that i didn't have it. Now i have recently starting having problems and finding it difficult to cope.

      Treatments

      Ativan Working / Worked
It definitely provided almost instant relief, but it was a quick fix. My doctor doesn't want me to take it because it can be very addicting. I am contemplating trying something more long term like lexapro.
      Lexapro Considering
My doctor recommended this but I am hesitant to start taking a pill every day. I'm wondering if i can tough it out using a more natural way.
    • Close Kidney Stones

I am 25 and have had 2 possibly 3 kidney stone attacks.

      Treatments

      Surgery Working / Worked
I had to have one removed by inserting a scope through by bladder to my ureter and pull out the stone. NOT a fun experience!
