About Me

I'm a 27 year old male, happily married for almost 3 years now. I have recently started a new job in a new city that is incredibly stressful for me. I have been suffering from extreme anxiety, panic attacks and my eczema has become almost unbearable. It is now covering my entire body besides my stomach and back. The worst is on my face, above my lip, cheeks, neck and eye lids. 2 months ago I went and got a shot of cortisone, it didn't work. I was then put on pregnisone. I have been on pregnisone for about 2.5 weeks and am now trying to get off of it. I went through about 10 nights of extreme insomnia; I'm guessing it is a combo of the steroid and my stress-level. I'm hopeful it is mostly the steroid. I'm now on 10 mg dosage, but my eczema is already lashing back quite severely on my face. It is making me incredibly depressed and withdrawn. And I know it is really wearing on my wife as well. Due to the lack of sleep I have become a walking zombie, yet still going to the office for 11 hour + days. My body is aching, my muscles twitch uncontrollably and I stumble over my words constantly. It is only a matter of time before I'm fired at this rate. PLEASE HELP!!!!
