with this latest treatment, i'm 25% done. woohoo.
and i'm feeling not too bad; just a little bit out of it and tired, but not sick. the first treatment definately hit me much …
so this morning i went to sloan kettering and talked to a fancy-pants lymphoma specialist. apparently my hodgkin's is in stage 2a rather …
Just thinking about you and your first chemo. Let me know how things are going when you get a chance. Hug!
Good luck with your chemo tomorrow! It really isn't as bad as you get yourself worked up about it to be (the worst part really is its boring!)...you'll do great! And you've got lots of people here sending you their good thoughts :) Let me know how it goes!
Hugs to you Rico, I will pray for you, my daughter was 2A and just finished 4th cycle, thurs she has another appt with radialogy and get her sched for radiation. Just take each treatment at a time, don't make expectations and don't expect bad side affects, not all get it so you don't to sych yourself into thinking you have them, my daughter never experienced nausea or side affects but losing alot of her hair and tired. She has not been too careful with using purele on her hands more but still seemed very well through this, l hope you go through this as easy as she had. Its not perfect but we keep fun things in her plans every week and focus on all the good stuff in her life..Know that people care and if you need to talk, anytime, lm here. hugss
I'm in this with you, too. Ceryswi's Mom. We will all get through this!
After suffering from on/off fevers and headaches for a few weeks, I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with stage 2a hodgkin's lymphoma. I'm going to need 6cycles of ABVD.
