1 glass of lemon and water

1 glass of coconut water

 

Breakfast

2 eggs

1 cup of Semolina and milk 

 

1 banana

 

Lunch

1 chapatti

1 legume soup

1 vege serving (potato+beans)

 

2 spoons curd +mashed tomato and cucumber- 1 bowl
