is feeling OK
I have been pulling since I was about 9 years old. It all started when I would watch my sister pick at her split ends. I started to do that and then it took a turn for the worse and I began pulling. I am now 28 and it has been an up and down roller coaster since then . I am really committed to finally stopping as I really cannot imagine having my wedding day come and I have bald spots. I also realize how much this has hurt my parents and how happy they would be to see me over come this. I would be incredibly happy myself. It is going to take some work, but I am really going to try.
