      Physical Exercise Somewhat Helpful
      get up and exercise everday, helps me maintain, but weight still high.
      Slim-Fast Working / Worked
      could not digest well gave me cramps. Affected my skin.
      Weight Watchers Working / Worked
      worked the best lost 15 pounds, but ended up gaining it back when I stopped counting points
