I'm 35, in a relationship, the mother of 2 boys (10 and 15). I work as a portrait photographer and occasionally moonlight as a waitress. I have a dark (and perhaps innapropriate) sense of humor and therefore find that I laugh frequently, and often in the midst of adverse circumstances.( find this trait useful lately!)

Close Hepatitis C
I was diagnosed with hep C (genotype 1 of course!) 3 years ago. After alternating between denial, self pity, and terror for a couple years,I've spent the last year trying to prepare mentally and physically to treat. I have an appointment scheduled toward the end of July and intend to start the meds as quickly as possible therafter.
