About Me
I'm 52 yrs. old. I have a 26 yr. old son. I also have 3 chihuahuas that help me through some trying days. I work full time. I was diagnosed 12 yrs. ago with Multiple Sclerosis in July. I look to the Lord for guidance daily along with taking copaxone daily. I took avonex for 7 yrs. but became immune. The copaxone seems to be working now. Thanks for listening and I hope to hear from anyone that maybe I can help too. Also I'm going through an unexpected divorce after 28 1/2 years. Alot on my plate but I thank the Lord daily for giving me the strength to keep going and I do. Thanks for listeneing

Support Groups
Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Type: Relapsing-remitting MSDiagnosed with MS 11 yrs. ago in July. Took avonex for 7 yrs. and then became immune and went into a relapse. Took IV treatments and started on copaxone in March 2003. I think this injection is working but would like to discuss the shot with others that are on it also.

Close Breakups & Divorce
An unexpected divorce after 28 1/2 years. 50 yrs. old with MS for last 11 years. I also work full time, so I have alot on my plate. I look to the Lord daily and I have very good friends and wonderful family.

- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- My friends and family are very supportive.
- Support Groups Working / Worked
- Divorcecare group working nicely
- Time Working / Worked
- Time will probably work but not fast enough.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- For panic attacks. Only at night to help me sleep and I only take 1/2 pill.
- Ambien Working / Worked
- To help with sleep with multiple slerosis and now with the divorce
