About Me
I am a 24 year old with both physical and mental disabilities. I have had these issues all of my life. The physical and mental disabilities are from a seizure disorder that I suffered from for 20 years. I hated it! I had been seen at Children's hospital for 18 years. I am still seeing a Neurologest. He is closer to where I live. The closest Children's hospital was 4 hours away and I did not enjoy traveling by car for four hours early in the morning. My mom would drive me to my doctors appointments.

Close Epilepsy & Seizures
I suffered from a severe seizure disorder from birth up until April 2004. I have memory problems and I also have trouble caring for myself, because the seizures were so bad! I have taken meds for prevention of seizures, and will probabally be on them for the rest of my life. I had to do therapy on a daily basis for 20 years. I am going to restart speech and physical therapy again soon.

- Neurontin Working / Worked
- I am currentlly taking neurontin for my seizure disorder.
