Day older than yesterday
Today is my birthday! I got up at 11:30, having totally missed church, and made myself get dressed. My husband, son, and daughter-in-law are so sweet …
I'm a 48 year old mother of 4 and grandmother of 5. For the past 26 years, I've enjoyed sharing my life with my wonderful husband. For the past 10 years, we have both had to deal with my pain, fatigue, and depression. I have been diagnosed with all the following, most of which are interrelated: FMS, CFS, IBS, RLS, sleep apnea, insomnia, clinical depression, migraine headaches, and asthma. In the past 7 years, I have had a hysterectomy, carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists, and a double cervical fusion (that did not work and paralyzed one of my vocal chords). I'm a mess, but know that I am so blessed! I love my family so much and am grateful to know Jesus as my Lord and Savior...He gives me hope, peace, and strength. I attend Celebrate Recovery and have a fabulous support group. The reason I am joining this support group is to specifically address the FMS and find out what is working for you. I'm looking at IV treatments, but they are soooo expensive. Do they work or am I setting myself up to be a disappointed guinea pig once again?

Really want to stay optimistic and upbeat, unfortunately my first entry happens to be on a rotten day! I'm recovering from a flare-up and am sick …
Haven't heard from you hope you are ok
Flowers to cheer you up. Prayers that you feel better. Wishes for a better week ahead.
Please don't slap me. When I first saw this my reaction was whose going to send a kiss. Hopefully when you were little someone would give you a kiss to make all the pain go away. So here's a kiss to make all the pain go away and everything better.
I hope your doing ok. Your in my prayers.
To brighten your day
