Was to the hospital today,for a pre-operation test.I am to have surgery,again,on July 1st.I herniated my stoma shortly after I got it,and am just now financially able to get it shortened to a normal size.Should be just another routine operation,no biggy,but,still,it's surgery.
After a few weeks,when I'm healed enough,I have another surgery scheduled for a fatty tissue lump on the right rear of my neck to be removed.This will only be an out-patient surgery.
Was reading some of the paper-work for my up-coming surgery,and I'm to start a clear liquid diet 2 days before the surgery.Yuck! And then to be in the hospital for a week,with no REAL food! Talk about torture! I only weigh 110 pounds now,and after going a week with no food,I'll be nothing but skin and bones!
