is feeling Good
I'm 25 work at home as I have a son, with certain needs. I'm pretty social. I've been on a program for the last 12 months. I've done really well, but I'm still not at my target yet. I try to work out as much as I can but with the whether change to be honest I can't be bothered. I've gone from 127.3kgs to round about 80kgs. Yes, I know wow! I'm still not satisfied. I need something to get me up and going.
thank you so much. this site has helped me a lot, and people like you are the reason it helps me. i need motivation, and i find that when i come on here i do better, if i don't come on regularly than i don't do as well.
thanks- i'm gonna try to get better at taking things one step at a time (and actually work on those things insted of just staring at it and thinking of doing it) lol.

I've always had problems with my weight, up & down like a yoyo. I love my sport but after my son and my partner leaving, I felt 'overwhelmed'. I ended up having to go on antidepressants. Which actually didn't do anything but make me feel like a looney. From being a size 10(nz) I ballooned to a size 28 (nz). I've been on a lot of diets Jenny Craig/Weight Watchers I use to work out 3hrs a day at our local Gym and in the begining they work. Then boredom sets in. The program I'm on now is brilliant. It does really work, though you still have to work out. Not to the extent of 3hrs per day but at least 3 times per week. By joining a support group I feel that if I can help someone reach their goals then maybe I can refocus on my own goals.
