Close Insomnia
I have been suffereing from disrupted sleep for as long as I can remember. Probably not since my early teens can I remember falling into a sound sleep easily and waking feeling refreshed. Over the years the pattern of disfunction has changed. There have been times when I used to fall straight asleep, but then wake a number of times during the night. There has been times when I have had to get up three or four times a night to go for a piss. At the moment the pattern is not being able to get off to sleep, eventually tossing and turning. Getting up after about an hour of this to read a book or watch a movie, go back to bed toss and turn, possibly have some patches of sleep (sometimes remember snippits of dreams), watch the night slowly turn into day, and be resentfull about having to get up as I've had no bloody sleep. So here I am starting to try and get some more information on this blooding thing.
