    • Close Parenting Preschoolers (3-5)

      I work part time and have a 4 yr old daughter. I belong to two support groups for SAHM - and found them very supportive.

      Treatments

      1-2-3 Magic Working / Worked
      Child Time-out Working / Worked

    • Close Anxiety

      I have anxiety. It is pretty much under control. But I have my days. I have had it all my life, but offically haven't been diagonised with it until after the birth of my daughter (now 4 yrs).

      Treatments

      Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
      Xanax Working / Worked
      I take it when needed which is very little. It works for me.. not much side effects.
      Zoloft Working / Worked
      I couldn't live without it now.
