About Me
i'm having all sorts of problems at times controlling my sugars i had a heart attach back on aug 8th, 2005 became disabled because of nueropathy in my feet/legs/hands/arms and I live with my domestic partner

- i find if i keep a positive mind set i tend to have low sugars
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- my partner helps me keep me under a watchful hand and helps me when i fail in what i should be eating. since i moved in with him I have started to watch and control the quanity of what i eat. at meals i no longer take seconds and i dont fill my playe as i use to I watch the quanity and also the types of food i eat now.

- using this has helped in controling my blood sugars

- i just changed taking this i use to take it all at bedtime now i take half in the morning and then the other half at bedtimethis i think has helped out also
