About Me
I am a 33 year old mother of two boys- 7 and 4. I have been married to my husband for almost 11 years. I am a second grade special education teacher currently off for the summer. The reason that I chose "Ruthie Bernice" for my DS name is because that is the name that I insisted that my mother name the baby she was pregnant with when I was little. That baby ended up being my brother, so my mom said that is why she didn't use the name. Ha Ha! What a terrible name. She ended up calling me that just for fun.

Wow, thanks for the long and thought out advice, I truly appreciate it. I can't remember why I responded accordingly Im sure it was because of a miscarriage. I am sorry you have had such a loss, and my mother too lost a sister age 4 before her and her twin were born and she would always talk about this sister

I just found out last Monday, my younger son's birthday, that the third child I was carrying had died. I was 12 weeks pregnant, and the ultrasound indicated no heartbeat, and the baby only measured at 10 weeks, 2 days. I am trying to "grieve" the loss of this child while still staying strong for my family and myself.

I am a 33 year old mother of two boys- 7 and 4. I have been married to my husband for almost 11 years. I am a second grade special education teacher currently off for the summer. We lost our third baby when I was 12 weeks pregnant- missed miscarriage. I had a D&C on June 12, 2008, and am looking forward to TTC, but a little scared too. I wanted to join this group to give me hope that people actually do become pregnant again after a loss, and can have healthy babies.
