About Me

I have been divorced for 11 years. Married for 20 years; we really just grew apart. I am not bitter, yet my ex still is and for this I am very sad. We all meet for a reason, a season or a lifetime and continually grow by our experiences. I joined this group because my friend Mary Lou encouraged me since she has met so many wonderful people who have enriched her life in so many ways. About me? I feel that I am loving, passionate and intelligent. I am told that I am also sweet, empathetic, wise, happy, mostly upbeat, vulnerable, too generous, kind, silly, friendly, sometimes funny, shy-yet-outgoing, romantic-yet-pragmatic, flexible, spiritual, easygoing, introspective, committed and sometimes naive. I am seeking, as we all are that elusive relationship that is difficult to describe, that includes laughter, fun, HONESTY, CHEMISTRY, PASSION and making the most of what comes in life. I love exploring the spiritual side of life; music, movies, cooking, affection, reading, exercising, kids, animals, wildflowers and helping others. I love the smell in the air as Spring approaches, the scent of Falls' first fires, stimulating banter, the sun peeking out in the midst of a rainstorm, tropical getaways, stolen moments and climbing the mountains in Sedona. I have dark blonde hair and sparkling eyes that change from green to blue, I believe in minimizing baggage, treating everyone with respect and striving to be a better person - I am curious, spontaneous, and a cautious woman with a good sense of humor who wants to have fun, laugh, learn, share and play. I am a Registered Nurse with a graduate degree in Health Management, I am also a Reiki Master, Medical sensitive, and work with and teach medical professionals how to care for people with developmental disabilites.
