      for the longest i've been off and on about having the phobia of being scared to choke...i'm extremely skinny..i think its more being scared to choke on food...its to the point Eating is a chore.. i'm extremely tired..i usually can't sleep...i went to the doctor over chestpains and headaches and my doctor said it might be my bad teeth(cavities and plague)..which made me not being able to get my food down more...i don't know how its related..but subconsciously i'm screwed up in the head.
