      I am on a diet program that consist of weekly weigh in's, lipo/b-12 shots, Bontril SR 105mg(after 3 months I switched to Adipex 37.5mg) & 1000 calories per day. So far I have lost 24 pounds and I am maintaining this weight. I have gone from a misses size 16 being way to tight to a misses size 12 fitting just right! I feel so much better!

      Counting Calories Working / Worked
      It's hard at first but then after to learn how many calories are in which foods you eat you will discover you can still eat the things you really enjoy but in MODERATION and A LOT LESS frequently. I still have sugar & milk in my coffee I just set aside 150 calories for that and I drink only water and the occasional diet lemonade. I am have completely cut out all soda INCLUDING DIET soda. It's bad for you-ie phosphoric acid and the carbonation causes water retention.
      Eat Less Working / Worked
      I use lean cusine, healthy choice & when I eat out I think about how much food i can actually fit into my stomach so that I do not get that overly stuffed fealing. I usually eat 1/2 to 1/3 of what is being served to me because the portions in our country are ridiculous!
