Bye by smoke sticks! Smoked over 40years. Don't want my grandchildren to remember me smelling like a dirty ashtray. Tried: hypnosis, cold turkey, will power, NRT, chantix. I had to fall a few times & try again. Practice. Change behaviors. 24/7 focus. Something clicked when the desire to be smoke free became greater than fear of not smoking.
Interests
