  Hay there are you getting back on track Brother . I can't tell you I know how you feel do to the fact that (thank my higher power) I have not fallen and I don't know why but I have to be thankful for that.I want you to know that all you can do is get right back up and start over again. Try to look back a what set you off and try to avoid it. if you have to much time on your hands may be finding someone you can talk to and get out of the house with. I don't spend to much time alone may be thats what helps me. I'm here for you never give up on yourself no matter how many time's you fall it took me 34 long years to find that out but I made it.   hey thanx for your support i kno u r right the more i hear it the better. it still has a hold on my brain right now - the urge to use. it's funny b/c sometimes i can think about it and feel nothing but it's like one step away from relapse other times when i really feel it calling to me n i think about it as much as i would be doing it, the thought of the drug becomes almost as overwhelming as the use of it. sorry to hear about ur recent bump in the road. i kno u kno this, but it gets better every day, i'm pullin for u any time u need to talk i'm here. time to just pick yourself back up n keep on truckin. u can do it!!
