Had a decent 4th of July. I always still feel crappy, but I fight it good. I went to my dad's house, and we saw fireworks near the beach @ a bay over a cliff.. was a really good spot.
I've been having really bad ideas in my head, and then I switch over to life-giving motivating thoughts to counteract the bad ones.
