My daughter Stephanie would of been 14 this year. She was born with T 18. Her life was short, but wonderful.
Shelbie is doing very well on Lamical. She is also on Depakote, zarontin, and topamax. She has been sz free for 5 mths. She is back to her loving self! I am so happy with her.
I have a 12 yr old daughter who can be loving and kind, and than she can be a brat. I also have a 8 yr old son who is into sports.
Married my highschool sweetheart of 15 yrs. I have 3 children. 2 girls and 1 boy. My oldest daughter past away when she was 16 mths, my 2nd daughter has epilespy, and my boy is into sports.
I lost my first child at 16mths due to tri 18. I mc my 3rd child at 9wks. I have a daughter 12 who has epilespy, and have a boy who is 8.
I lost my 1st daughter to Trisomy 18. She was 16 mths when she went to heaven. She has been gone for 13 yrs, but there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her. I have also lost my mother-in-law. It was very sudden. She has been gone for 10 yrs now, but it is very hard to watch your children grow up without their grandma. She didn't get to meet her grandson, and her granddaughter looks just like her. My husband still has bad days. I guess you never get over losing someone.
I have cared for a ill child that has past away. I am now caring for my 12 yr daughter who has epilepsy.
I have a 12 yr daughter. She was dx with epilepsy last year. She is having a rough time, but is pretty happy. She struggles in school big time. I am trying to help her with this. She starts the 6th grade 8/15. I am worried that her seizures will increase once school starts. She doesn't have many friends, but I am hoping she will have more this year.
