    About Me

    Im 24 and fairly new to the world asthma. No one in my family has it so they dont understand asthma or what I go through so im on my own with this. I dont like letting people see when im having a bad day..I just fight the pain and tiredness and go about a normal day as much as possible. I was in a car accident about a year ago and still suffering from back and rib pain everyday. Finally had an MRI done and found out that my back and ribs are a lil messed up.

    My Career as a Nurse...Going to the beach, chillin with friends, going out and dancing, singing, and running/exercise.

      Type: Adult Asthma

      I was diagnosed in Feb. 2007 so I im still new to most of this. My asthma has recently got worse now im on a daily medication.

      Treatments

      Advair Working / Worked
      Just started using it. So far so good!!
      Albuterol Working / Worked
      I use it as needed. It makes me really jittery and sometimes it makes my heart race.
      Flovent Somewhat Helpful
      It seemed to help at first but then made my symptoms worse.

      I was in my first auto accident Oct' 07. Suffered back and neck strain, hit head on window and slammed ribs into center console causing brusing and cracked ribs along with buldged disc in my lower back.

      I was in an auto accident in Oct '07. I have had back and rib back since then. The doctors finally did an MRI and found I have a buldged disk in my lower back.

      So far so good!
      Naproxen Somewhat Helpful
      It makes me groggy feeling..I dont like it at all!!
