      I have trouble either falling asleep or just staying asleep once I finally get there, my mind just doesn't seem to shut off. I have tried sleeping pills, teas and some other methods but nothing seems to work for more than a few nights.

      I have a CD that mixes ocean waves with music, it helps sometimes but not enough.
