hi, you wrote a post on how do you deal with pain, i just had surgery so I have extra pain now, and still under medicated so i went out and got a puzzle, and it helped and i also found that doctors who are stingy with the pain meds are ok with muscle relaxers, flexeral and vailum are good ones to make you calm down and get to sleep and i only take at bed time, so my body doesnt get used to them durning the day. hope you find some peace

Close Arthritis
i fell over two years ago and since then couldnt walk for five months then i got better but started work again part time but recently got worse again the weekend and last week i couldnt move at all it was very scary as i live on my own its now thought i have nerve problems due to the fall. ive had to have time of work recently because of it its painfull i also get muscle pain that seems to tie itself in knots in both legs.

Close Back Pain
i fell over two yrs ag0 and since then couldnt walk for five months then i started work again part time but since ive had quite alot of time off because of the accident my doctor now saying it is nerve problems and ive said this all along the pain is so bad sometimes i just cant deal with it iam trying pain patches at the moment but iam not sure if there helping or not. iaam off again from work because i couldnt move last weekend it feels like something getting stuck and not moving

Open Sciatica
after a fall two yrs ago they say i have sciatica its very painful i know that. ive tryed the tens machine, accupunture swimming now iam on pain patches ive tryed so many painkillers its unreal life sure isnt easy
