    • Close Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)

      In Feb 2007 I tore my calf muscle playing volleyball with my kids, and I ended up with a DVT.

      Treatments

      Coumadin Working / Worked
      I did not like it.
      Heparin Working / Worked
      I did not enjoy staying in the hospital.
      Lovenox Working / Worked
      I did not like giving myself a shot in the stomach. Some of the injections gave me quite a bruise.
