I am a mother to 3 beautiful kids ages 15, 9, and 7. I am looking for other moms who can help me with how to deal with that when I am in the depressed part of bipolar disorder. I was recently diagnosed and am stuggling with that and dont know how to talk to the people in my life about it. I have a boyfriend who wonderful, although I dont think he really understands this disorder. Right now I cant think of anything I am interested in except doing nothing.
When I feel good I enjoy having friends over and entertaining them. I enjoy my kids and there activities. I love them more than anything!

I am bipolar and have been depressed for months I have 3 kids and boy can that be tough most days. I love them, but days when i feel really down I don't know how to handle them. I am looking for friends that give me advice on what to do on those kind of days.
