My wife had an affair recently that sent my world into a tailspin. Nothing seems to feel real anymore and I'm not getting any younger (47 years old). Rebuild or run. Fight or flight? Damn screwed up here. At least in this moment. A few moments ago, i was hurt but fine. Now, not so much.
