all rite, well @ 1st i did pretty good......but i made 1 fatal mistake..... n e ways 

 4 breakfast i ate a Fiber 1 bar and a banana. Then I exercised with my team from 7:30-10am. Then @ noon I ate a Subway turkey sub (6inch) and had a cup of chocolate milk. THEN.....for a "snack" I ate *gasp* a 16oz mint chocolate chip milkshake....it was made with half and half so that ups the calories evn more.....for dinner I ate a ham sanwich with a small slice of swiss cheese. O yeah i also ate 2 little red lollipops the bank gave me......so overall 2day was ok.......but im about 2 go outside and take a walk, and perhaps go on a bike ride.
