Married to a man who chose work over family life for almost 31 yrs. I was forced to resign from work due to internal workplace politics who my husband is one of the high ranking 'guy' in the company.My philosopy in life is to lead simple basic happy life, full of everyday aha moments.The happiest things are sharing laughter times with another human being.
Interests
My interest are reading, gardening, walking among trees, craft and cooking.Enjoy conversation time with friends.

Somedays I experience anxiety and trying to overcome the uneasy feeling of anxiety in a natural way,without medication of any kind,instead practice slow breathing method,meditation or just going for a walk.
Close Menopause
I had my menopause in my early mid forties.It was pretty smooth transtion,apart from some hot flushes during the days.I took no medication,mainly deal with my condition with perserverance and determination.
