I am the youngest of 4 kids and didnt learn that i was controlling or even manipulative until after my mom passed away 5 yrs ago. It was then and only then did i start to really look at myself, who i was being how i showed up in the world. why people reacted to me the way they did. I still have some issues that i am battling but with the support of my friends and family i am much better off today then i was five years ago that is Progress for sure.
