About Me

Former case manager for an organization that deals with at-risk kids. Lately, I've been home with my own - ages 12, 4, and 3. Husband decided that family life is not for him after all (though he also claimed to be obsessed with a female colleague earlier this year, but said he got over it.) Well everything on my profile is true - just a little sparse. This is my second marriage. 5 1/2 years. We met in late August and flew to Vegas on New Year's Eve to get married. My mom was dying of cancer at the time so I suppose it was a good distraction (although of course I did love him, too.) His last live in girlfriend, who was his boss who left her husband and three children to be with him killed herself when he left her. And I didn't realize that was only one month before we met. So I assume he was distracting himself as well. Can you see my reluctance to put all this on my profile? It sounds like a bad soap opera.lol.

Interests

Reading, meditation, museums, The New York Mets, poetry readings/festivals, crossword puzzles, flea markets, garage sales, long daily walks, and almost every genre of music. Movies, TV show, "The Wire", hiking. And dive bars.
