Close Self-Injury
ages ago i split with my long term gf i took it really bad thats when it began i started to self-harm its gets worse and then it gets better something makes it all better then something brings me back down again

- it dose help sometimes to talk about it but ofher times it dont
Close Breakups & Divorce
me and my long time gf have just split up after nearly to years she says its just a break but im not sure she wants me back im finding it really hard to cope without her by my side and without her to hold can anyone else give advice in what to do ?

Open Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) Depressioni have suffered with depression for about a year and a half and it is the worst sort i keep cutting my self to stop 1 pain but just to replace it with another it dont seem to get any better.

- Prozac Not Working
- it seemed to be ok at first but then it all came back but alot worse.
- Support from Friends & Family Not Working
- they try to help but they dont ever know how i really feel inside.
