Hi, sorry you didn't make it - honestly if I wasn't the organizer I might not have either. It was a miserable day - pain and weather changes don't mix. We have a sub-group called "Virginia Fibro Neighbors" here if you'd like to talk to more Virginia folks. Some are from Richmond - one whose profile says she is in Roanoke just moved here. I love this place and the friends I've made here, but it's so great to talk to people I can actually meet and hug (gently) for real!

thanks for your thoughts re: butt pain--I am working out the trigger points we find (my husband helps--thank goodness) Do you have trigger point therapy done by a PT? Do you find it helps?? Thanks, Ginny
