now my level is 5. too high. spoke to doctor's office. no responce. left message to skiip coumadin for 3 days resume at 5mg. doctor's nurse leaves message on my phone. she

got my message and wants me to recheck coumadin level on monday.  I think I will recheck level on wed. give it a full week.

I'm sure losing weight would make you feel better in lots of ways if you think you are overweight.
Try cutting down on the amount of fats you eat rather than becoming a rabbit. LOL
Anyway good luck and good luck with the new meds regime.

I know they told me that when I was on coumadin I needed to eat the exact same amount of certain green veggies every time I got my levels checked because the vitamins in certain green vegetables fight the coumadin. You probably know that but I thought I'd say it anyway. Good luck. Katrina
