Close Physical & Emotional Abuse
I don't know if how I have been treated is considered as abuse or not... all I know is that for the past 8 months, I feel like my ex partner has slowly destroyed everything that was good about my character
Treatments
- Music Not Working
- It doesn't work but it makes me forget my problems to a certain extent and allow me not feel as bad about myself.... at least whilst the music is playing
- Talking Somewhat Helpful
- When I talk with others, I see certain glimpses of myself reappearing, but when I think about him on my own, or when I talk to him, it all disappears again
