      I was taking generic ambien and it didnt work, only aloud 2-3 hours sleep a night, now im taking ambien cr, but having nightmares. I found station I love to listed to. 89.9 here in Portland Oregon..I have it as my alarma and well as I goto sleep wth it. The music is Classic Symphoney. It has all the high pitched sounds that mask my tnnitus. Where sounds like I pitched dentills drills, and they never stop. So the radio staion has become a welcoming thing at night to go to be with and wake up to. TRY IT AND SEE,
