Family Swim Mood

My wife and I have started swimming a mile a day. So far so good! Seems to help with anxiety and a very good exercise indeed. Our children are turning into fish. They can really swim now! My meds. seem to be working well! A little tired, but better than having an anxiety attack.  Today has been a blessed day. Very thankful!
