I pray to God that this week my therapist and I can find some medication that will finally work. I really hate how I can go from somewhat stable, to anger and rage. My trigger tonight was me serving my family hand and foot and lack of conversation toward me from my husband. I'm tired of the little things getting on my nerves and that makes the bigger issues in my life seem worse. If I had my way I'd throw myself into all my addictions right now, but that won't solve a damn thing. So I'll stew in my own thoughts and wonder how to change all the bs I feel I live in. I hope you all have a goodnight though. Much love to all of you.

I feel the same way as u at the mo.Stubed things get to me too.Im always lose things like keys and phones.It drives me mad.Also im not sleeping too.R u the same way????

I sleep ok with the medication i take at night. I am coming off of it though because it doesn't help my mood swings. When i miss a dose i am manic mostly and i stay up til very early morning. 3am sometimes. Only happens mostly when i'm home alone and missed a dose tho. My addiction issues become worse. If that makes sense. XOXOX
