i realise that by most people's standards i would be considered slim and a normal weight but i think for this reason my eating habits have become worrying. i have a reputation in my group of friends for always being super healthy and i feel this enourmous pressure to always eat little and healthy foods in their presence but as a sort of rebellion i will then binge if i am left alone. im on the right track now i think i just need someone who is not a friend that i know in person to give me help, motivation and support, my aim is to loose 2stone (24 pounds) in around 10-12 weeks.
