Well, I can't see the front, you can tell alot from the way the front wheels are and the treads on the back wheels are not the wide tread, it doesn't have anything over the back wheels, I think pre 1930's but I'll look through some calendars I have (great pics in them) and do some research. My husband and his late dad would have a fit over this!!!! What a cool planter, huh?
