    I LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN CALLED LARNE, 20 MILES OUTSIDE BELFAST IN N.IRELAND. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT AS YEARS BUT HAVE ONLY DONE SO ONCE SUCCESFULLY TO REGAIN IT AGAIN AFTER BEING IN HOSPITAL FOR A HYSTERECTOMY NOW I AM FINDING IT TWICE AS HARD TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT I ALSO HAVE A UNDERACTIVE THYROID I AM NOW 47 AND DO NOT WANT TO HIT 50 OVERWEIGHT JANICE THANKS
