      Just saw your profile - I'm going in for a heart cath on Monday, and possibly stenting, after a abnormal myocardial perfusion scan. I wasn't considered high risk, either

      I had a mild heart attack in Jan of this year due to a small amount of plaque found in my right artery. I now have a stint there. It was a real shock because I didn't fit the profile for a heart attack. I don't smoke, drink, I didn't have high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I am overweight though. I'm now having to take a lot of medications and I don't like it. I'm even on meds for high blood pressure and cholesterol as a precaution from having another episode. Get so depressed about it.

      Aspirin Too Soon to Tell
      Still taking it
      Lipitor Too Soon to Tell
      Still taking it
      Plavix Too Soon to Tell
      Still taking it
      Stents Working / Worked
      I only had one put it.
      Valsartan Working / Worked
      Seems to be working ok. I had it switched due to a bad cough I had on another blood pressure med.
