  i already slept, woke in the worst panic attack i have ever had, i fought it for 2 1/2 hours, 2 mg of klonopins and a friend talked me through some streching and tried talking about something else... i didn't feel as if i could breath, my hands and feet were sweating cold... i am feeling a buzz now off of the klonopins and all the breathing exercises... i was ready to call the abulance cause my chest felt tight too... i woke in the panic, i think it was a scary dream... lots of intrusive thoughts yesterday and too i had to go to walmart... lots of people, i can't stand to be in a crowd.... i think it came from all of that.... thanks for asking... i hope that you can get some sleep... love and hugzzz.... karen :)
