Started a new programa, by Lucinda Basset... it really works. If anyone else went into it I would def. recomend having an open mind, because you really have to take every lesson seriously and apply yourself 100%. The program has me catching myself with every negative thought and stopping myself to say "No it is ok to feel nervous right now, but you are only going to keep getting better." When i start getting upset about losing my social life which has been bothering me lately i tell myself this is for the best, I am rebulding myself and everything will get better. I had two great days this week and then today my anxiety came out in FULL but i handled it well I think. POSITVE self talk is key to recovery. being negative is an addictive behavior and so being positive can easily be changed. I hope everyone has a good day tomorrow and remember to stay positive!!
