Not much, I am young but I have a kind of arthritis on my knees, every day when I touch them and I move them I can feel a kind of "crunchy" noise on them. I am not overweight, 1,75 cm and 85 kg (a little bit) but I've felt a lot of relief when I do excercise. Thanks
