    I am 33, have 3 children. Tyler-9, Sarah-8, Amanda-4. I have been divorced for almost 4 years now. MY dad died 4 days after Christmas very unespectedly! I was a bigs daddys girl so I had a serious breakdown,now I seek two types of therapy with correct medication. I would love to talk to anyone else who has had a serious breakdown over the death of a loved one.

      My father died on december 29,2007 at home. He was only 60 it was a heart attack. I was very close to my dad, he accepted me for me no judgements just me! I had to take FMLA leave from work and get into some serious therapy which I am still in and medication.
