      I have had chronic insomnia for 2 years now and have had zero sleep for the past 5 months. This is driving me insane. I see no way out of my insomnia and feel suicidal as a result. Has anyone else felt this way? What do I do - do I end it all or struggle on with this for the rest of my life?
