i'm going to my shrink next tuseday for my appointment and i need to tell her that i cant stop thinking about suicide latley...i dont want to die i just need the pain to end and i cant live being fat any longer...i cant just walk in and say "i want to kill myself" so how can i tell her????? i need adivce on how to say whats been going on...she doesnt know i have a bottle of pills ready...im scared...im scared to tell her and im scared not to tell her...
